Meet Amy

Vulnerability,  Adaptability , Authenticity, Courage. 

These are the skills needed to thrive in the new world of work whether you work for yourself or an organization. Working has radically transformed in the last ten years; more courageous leaders are leaving their corporate jobs to start their own businesses; those that stay are working in radically new ways where the line between work and personal life is blending. The Pandemic has only hastened this trend, altering not just where people work but how they relate to work.  People want to do work that has meaning and creates a positive impact in the world.  The old ways of command and control leadership are crumbling before our eyes. Purpose-driven leaders and entrepreneurs willing to show up authentically and empower others will thrive in the future.

 

It is Amy's mission to help co-create this future through coaching and L&D training and consulting. She is passionate about helping every individual or team she works with tap into their higher purpose and create a life and career that they are wildly in love with.  

 

Amy has spent the last twelve years creating impactful programs within Learning and Organizational Development for technology companies. Her work has focused on developing internal coaching programs, manager training, performance management, onboarding, and employee engagement. Prior to her corporate life, she spent over a decade as a solo-entrepreneur and actor.  She published an award-winning memoir in 2012 about her struggle with mental illness and her profound spiritual awakening after becoming a widow at 28.

 

Amy's mix of experience as a past business owner, professional coach, creative artist, and training professional gives her a unique perspective on what it means to create inspiring and effective learning experiences. She is known for her strategic vision, deep passion, common-sense practicality, and unstoppable attitude.

 

For those who value credentials, Amy is an ICF certified (PCC) professional coach with training from IPEC and holds an SHRM-SCP credential. She holds a Master's degree in Spiritual Psychology from USM where she studied how to use everyday life challenges to elevate consciousness. She completed a second master's in Organizational Leadership focused on Leading Innovation. She has experience with behavioral assessments including Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, AQai, Energy Leadership and DiSC.
